The rush to sell electric vehicles is moving at a lightning pace. However, you could be excused for thinking manufacturers had reinvented the wheel with the hype they pour over their latest battery-powered cars.
Dizzying claims of more than 300 miles of range, rapid charging and sprint times to rival a supercar are helping to lure buyers from “polluting” fossil fuels. It means EVs now look certain to dominate the driving landscape in the years ahead.
